Thank you for your interest in Centre E Community Hub!
We are run by a small team of volunteers – before you contact us, please check out the following resources/information:
- For information about Room Hire (including rates, photos, facilities, dimensions, capacity and more) click here.
- To view availability or book (requires an account, which you’ll be prompted to create if you haven’t got one) click here.
- To Reschedule or Cancel a Booking (not possible after a booking has elapsed or within 2 hours of one) click here.
- All bookings are in the 24 hour clock – if a time slot isn’t shown for a given date this means it is already booked up.
- You don’t pay up front for bookings (see below point)
- Invoices are sent at the end of each month, for Bookings which occurred in that month only.
- All Parties/Celebrations will require a 50% deposit to secure the booking – we will contact you after booking.
- All Parties/Celebrations will incur a £25/35 (day/evening) clean-up fee, we will add this after you have booked.
- Loyalty Discount Rate will be applied automatically, from your 7th booking onwards, for Community Rate bookings.
- We do allow bouncy castles, but only one per socket to avoid any power circuits tripping out.
Once you place a booking, it will be given “Provisionally Approved” status. This means that nobody else can book whilst we verify everything. When your booking is approved, which may take a few days, you will be notified by email, along with details of how to access the building, where to go etc.
