Centre E bookings were previously made via a different system, one which we have now replaced for a bespoke solution.
As a matter of good security practice, account passwords were only stored in a scrambled and non-reversible form on the previous system. As a result the records we have brought across to the new system do not have your passwords in them.
If you are logging in for the first time on our new system, please do a “Forgot Password” request via the link underneath the Password box on this page.
This will send you a link to reset your password, to your email account – you are free to enter the same password there as you did on our previous booking system.
