Welcome to our on-line room/facility booking system!

To place a booking or view availability in a room, select a room, then a session length and then proceed to find a date & time. The system will automatically search for all dates & times where there is an available matching slot, all accessed through a simple visual calendar.

Please note: Hourly rates will be calculated (including Community/Loyalty discounts) once you have reached Step 5: “Booking List” of the booking process – look for the green symbol for a breakdown.

Help For Booking/Booking Management

First choose the Room that you’d like to reserve, followed by the duration of the booking slot you desire (eg. 1h 30m). The system will then show you a calendar which highlights all of the available dates which can accommodate your chosen duration, along with available slots during each date.

The images above show the booking calendar and time slot calendars you will see whilst booking. Please click the images to enlarge them and show a description of each one and what it means.

First choose the Room that you’d like to reserve as a Recurring Booking, followed by the duration of the booking slot you desire (eg. 1h 30m). The system will then show you options to select which days you would like to book for in a recurring pattern, with options to edit each date.

This symbol denotes a date/time which clash with an existing booking in our system. this symbol shown next to a date/time in Step 3 (“Recurring Info”) indicates a clash.  If you encounter this, you will need to click the “Edit” button to select an alternative time slot for all dates where this is shown in order to proceed to to the next booking steps.

Our website includes a “My Account” panel which allows you to update your details, including rescheduling and cancelling bookings, including Provisionally Approved bookings.

NB. if you reschedule/cancel an Approved or Provisionally Approved booking, the old time-slot will become available for other users to book immediately – please double check before proceeding!

Party/Celebration/Event Booking Changes

In order to make bookings for parties, celebrations and events even more straight-forward, these bookings which were previously made through the same section as all other bookings on the system, are now under their own category: “Events, Parties & Celebrations

This step has also allowed us to enable extras such as formal chair hire etc. all in one easy-to-use place.

Going forward, for any such bookings – please ensure you choose the correct category for your party/celebration/event as we will no longer accept bookings for these under “Main Hall/Larger Spaces”
