Room 3 has recently been refurbished and carpeted; we have increased the open floor space and flexibility to allow for a greater range of activities, as well as providing a brand new kitchen (oven and fridge are to follow soon.)  The space is suitable for medium-sized group activities, smaller dance/fitness sessions and various meeting types.  The room features a large automated skylight which brings in plentiful natural light and controls the temperature.

Room 3 has a selection of comfortable seats, along with a selection of tables and chairs for more formal seated activities such as art groups or meetings.  The kitchen is suitable for refreshments and will be capable of small scale cooking once the fridge and oven are fitted.

Room 6 Is About To Change!

In the next week or so, Room 6’s refurbishment will be complete.  Formerly called “The Purple Room”, work on Room 6 is almost finished as of May 18th, 2024. This work has seen extensive remodelling to raise the floor level to the corridor height, expanding the usable space by around ⅓ and removing the landing/stair step down which caused considerable accessibility issues. The room will become a mixed use space, suitable for small and board room meetings and excitingly, Ely’s first Hot-Desking facility.

Please make sure to check back soon for updated photos and specs for this new facility.
